Introduction

Nepal is a land to experience diversified features of attraction. This adventurous trip aims to give you an amazing travel experience and a good overview of what Nepal has to offer. The trip begins with a sightseeing tour to the most remarkable places in Kathmandu valley.

Your next destination is Chitwan National Park. For exclusive jungle safari, Chitwan is the most recommended site in Nepal. Once you arrive in Chitwan, meet with the guide provided by the resort. The guide will take you on a jeep safari through the jungle. If you are lucky enough, you may see the Royal Bengal tiger and elephants on the jeep safari. The rest of the activities include: canoeing, visiting a Crocodile Breeding Center, a Tharu village and a Tharu Museum.

The next destination is the visit of Lumbini garden, the birth place of Lord Buddha. The places to visit in Lumbini are: Sacred Garden, the Puskerni Pond and the artistic stupa made by different countries with their own art and architecture.

Your following destination is Pokhara. Pokhara is a beautiful city and one of the most famous tourist destinations in Nepal, it is located 200 km from Kathmandu. Pokhara is overlooked by the beautiful Annapurna Ranges and other spectacular snow-capped mountains.

After visiting Pokhara we begin trekking from Nayapul, a couple of hours drive from Pokhara. The trail passes through rhododendron forests and fascinating traditional villages dominated by the families of Gurkha warriors. In Ghandruk; there is an opportunity to witness the culture and tradition of Nepalese countryside living. Along the way, there are spectacular views of the snowy peaks of the Annapurna Ranges and various views of Mount Fishtail.

Your last destination to visit is Nagarkot which is 32km east of Kathmandu at an altitude of 2175m above sea level. Nagarkot is a popular tourist spot in Nepal. From here you will be able to see the major peaks of eastern Nepal such as: Manaslu (8463 m), Ganesh Himal (7111m) Langtang (7246m), Choba Bhanre (6016m) and Gauri Shanker (7134m). This is a great spot to view the sunrise.

Outline Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu.

Overnight stay in a three star category hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2Sightseeing Tour of Kathmandu valley

Covers Swoyambhu, Kathmandu Durbar Square Pashupati and Patan Durbar Square. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 3Drive to Chitwan

Drive to Chitwan along with a beautiful view of the Trishuli and Narayani rivers. After checking in to the resort and lunch, visit elephant breeding center. Enjoy Sunset view. Overnight at resort.

Day 4Jungle Activities

Jungle activities: jeep safari, jungle walk, canoeing, walk through Tharu village. Evening: Tharu culture program. Overnight at resort.

Day 5Drive to Lumbini

Drive to Lumbini after breakfast at the resort. After check in to the hotel and lunch, visit Mayadevi Temple. Overnight at hotel in Lumbini.

Day 6Lumbini-Pokhara

Sightseeing tour of Lumbini garden and stupas. Drive to Pokhara via Tansen/Palpa. PM: Boating at Fewa Lake. Explore the city on your own. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7Sightseeing tour in Pokhara

Sightseeing tour in Pokhara: Sarangkot for Sunrise view, Bindhebasini Temple, Davi’s Falls, Gupteshwor Cave and bat’s cave. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8Drive to Nayapul and trek to Ulleri

Day 9Trek to Ghorepani

Day 10Trek to Poonhill and trek to Ghandruk

Day 11Trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara. PM: Leisure

Day 12Pokhara-Kathmandu

After Sunrise view and breakfast at hotel, drive back to Kathmandu en-route sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Bouddhanath.
